We value our customers and understand how important choosing the right shoe or boot can be. Sometimes, what looks good on paper isn’t what you had hoped. Every person’s foot is a little different, and not every pair of shoes will fit every foot, even if the sizes the same. That’s why we have a return policy. If you change your mind within the first 30 days after receiving your shoes, we will gladly accept your return and refund your money. However, we cannot accept returns outside of Australia unless there is something wrong with the product due to the financial exchange and shipping difficulties.
If you want to start a return, send us an email at email@example.com and make sure that you include your order number and the email address you used when you placed your order. We will issue your refund to your original method of payment such as your credit card or PayPal address within 15 days from receipt of the items that you are returning. We will communicate with you by email and let you know how to return your items to us.
